3. Orders and Payments

• Order Placement: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Pricing: Prices listed on our Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Unless it is a preorder, then the charge will be processed at the time of fulfilment. You may see a hold on your credit card prior to fulfillment.
• Taxes: Applicable sales taxes will be added to your order.
• Order Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations may only be made before the order is processed. Contact us at customerservice@wallawallafruitco.com for assistance.
• Orders & Billing: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Area: We deliver across the United States. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are shipped where our products are not allowed. You must confirm prior to purchase that our products are allowed to be shipped to your area. We do our best to keep track of and clearly state which states and/or areas do not allow shipment.
• Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
• Lost or Damaged Items: Please report any issues with shipping within 24hrs of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective or completely spoiled.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at customerservice@wallawallafruitco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for refunds.
