Shipping, Billing, & Returns

We try our very best to ship our fresh fruit and other perishable orders as soon as possible. Typically within 24hrs. Busy times of the year can certainly see a delay, but should not be more than 72hrs. We are completely family run and only have so many hands!

 

You should expect to receive your fresh fruit order within 72 hours of shipping. Much sooner if you elect for express shipping at checkout.

We ship our fresh produce by UPS only. You may receive non-perishable items vis USPS or Fedex. Your shipments may arrive in different parcels and/or on different days. You may also receive packages internationally from our third-party associates. These may take longer to process and ship-- as much as 5-7 days. Shipping cost is typically included in these items.

December 19th is the final day for shipping to receive by Christmas, per our shippers.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order, and then again upon shipping with tracking information. Keep an eye on junk folders. Tracking info may take 1-2 days to update.

We cannot ship internationally, nor can we send to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.


All sales of perishable items on our website are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. Refunds may be extended for damaged or spoiled products on their arrival. You must let us know within 24hours of delivery. 

We may not be able to offer refunds if packages were rerouted or encountered a failed delivery attempt. Please also refer to our Terms of Service page for further information.
